Travel Expense Policy for Job Interviews

This policy outlines the reimbursement of travel expenses for candidates invited to interviews. Reimbursement will be reasonable and limited to necessary travel expenses.

Scope of Application

This policy applies to all invited candidates traveling from locations outside a 50 km radius of our office.

Travel Expenses

Means of Transportation

• Car: A mileage allowance of €0,30 per km is provided for the use of a private vehicle.
• Train: Reimbursement for train tickets is provided for 2nd class travel.
• Flight: Economy class tickets are reimbursed for travel distances over 300km

Public Transport

The full cost of bus and metro tickets will be reimbursed.

Accommodation Costs

If an overnight stay is necessary, the company will cover the cost of accommodation in a mid-range hotel, up to a maximum of €85 per night.

Exclusions

• Alcoholic beverages.
• Expenses for companions or family members.
• Personal expenses unrelated to the interview process.
• Expenses not discussed in writing in advance.

Approval Procedure

• The invitation to the interview will include information on the reimbursement process and a contact person for queries.
• Travel expenses must be submitted within 14 days of the appointment using the designated form.
• Reimbursement will be processed and completed within 30 days after the submission and review of the form and receipts.
